The Rainbow

Once a scientist in the darkest room of his lab
Experimented on light with his spectroscope.
He had hit upon the myth of light and colors;
He may get the Nobel prize, he did rightly hope.
All fancies of Nature are merely the play of
The vibrations of energy; nothing is true that
We see, hear and sense; just an impression
On the unsuspecting brain cells, he brooding sat.

When screaming came his little granddaughter,
“Gran’pa, come out and see! There is a beautiful
Rainbow in the sky!” The scientist smiled
At the ignorant child, but pulled by her came out
And “ Believe me”, he swears “I truly saw
A thousand rainbows in her eyes!”

Mouna,
Kids are a gift of God. They take us to a land of wonder that we have forgotten to reach.

It's my pleasure to visit you.

Nice one...it is always nice when the innocnet one leads the path and the "I know everything" one learns from that. Pure bliss!!!

Children are a source of bliss!
(I am sorry your comment was lost somewhere. Not in the rainbow?)
